NP Ada Lee and Yik work together to make this practice exceptional! The office and waiting areas are always clean and organized. There is information available on a variety of topics in case you have to wait a minute or two. Ada is a wonderful NP that takes time to get detailed histories, goes through results thoroughly, and makes sure that you're both on the same page. She makes sure you know what tests may be ordered and why. Ada is flexible with both in office visits as well as tele-health appointments and always on time. Thank you both for such great service!

I had Aetna HMO so I needed to establish a primary care provider before anything. All the large hospital facilities had over 6 months to 1 year waiting times. I tried a different independent provider elsewhere but they had no idea how to deal with the referrals I needed (and ended up getting care that was not covered). Luckily, I found Primecare on Google Maps, and given the positive reviews I decided to give them a try and I'm so glad I did. It's so easy to set up an appointment (either by call or patient portal) -- could be just a few days or a week out. They're also able to write all the referrals (so promptly too!) I needed for physical therapy and other tests I needed done. Even if I had an HMO, it was not difficult to deal with because of Ada and Yik.
